Professor Constantinos Filis is Director of the Institute of Global Affairs, Director of the International Olympic Truce Centre and Associate Professor at the American College of Greece.
He is also a research fellow at the Foreign Policy Planning Centre of the Hellenic Ministry of Foreign Affairs and a member of the National Council on Foreign Policy and of the Educational Council of the Hellenic Diplomatic Academy.
Former Senior Associate Member at St Antony’s College, at Oxford. He has held research roles at Panteion University and SEESOX.
He lectures in diplomatic and defence academies and has published extensively on geopolitics, energy, Russia, Turkey, the Eastern Mediterranean and the Middle East.
