Constantinos is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of bbf:, responsible for co-setting the Group’s strategic direction, driving sustainable growth and overseeing its overall business performance, operations and stakeholder engagement. Prior to becoming CEO, he served as Chief Investment Officer at bbf:, co-developing and executing the Group’s investment strategy, including deal structuring, financial oversight and investment management. Constantinos brings 15+ years of real estate advisory experience. Prior to joining bbf:, he was Director of Deals at PwC Cyprus, where he led the Real Estate Advisory practice. His expertise spans corporate finance and transaction advisory, with extensive experience in investment strategy, deal structuring, capital raising, financial modelling and due diligence. He is a qualified Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and holds an MPhil in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge.
